For half a century, Beams has been driven by a desire to put smiles on faces through a powerful blend of art, design, and fashion. The story began in 1976, when Etsuzo Shitara opened a tiny boutique of imported clothing in Tokyo. The business gradually grew and developed its own designs reinterpreting American style through a Japanese lens. Today, Beams collaborates with international labels, spreading its influence to various cultural and entertainment sectors and fostering a strong creative community.
